This rooftop studio was designed to make a compact footprint feel calm, generous and highly functional. Existing timber beams set the tone for a restrained palette of warm oak, soft plaster tones and tactile natural materials.
At the heart of the concept is a bespoke bed that retracts beneath the staircase, allowing the sleeping area to disappear during the day and transform into a comfortable living room. Integrated joinery makes use of every corner, while the fireplace and carefully placed lighting add warmth and intimacy.
The result is a flexible, quietly refined interior that shifts easily between day and night — with the private terrace extending the living space beyond its walls.
